THE J.P. MORGAN CHASE COMMERCIAL CARD

As I prepared for a UX Design discussion, I realized that I am a former user of the J.P. Morgan Corporate Card. During my use of the card, I realized that one of my pain points was around the fact that there was no mobile application associated with the card at the time. I have developed a very brief user persona that addresses my UX skill set and a wireframe of a potential Corporate Card Mobile application.

 

While the focus of the design discussion is for the platform used to administer the JPMC Commercial Card, I thought it would be interesting to briefly explore its potential from a mobile application perspective. http://8q4r80.axshare.com
